Exquadra
Trained at Changins and formerly working in microtechnology, Loïc Sercomanens founded Exquadra in 2022. Initially a nomadic operation across the canton of Vaud, it becomes Domaine Exquadra in January 2026 with the takeover of 3.2 hectares of vines in Lully, on La Côte. His wines reveal a clean, unadorned style: Chasselas fermented in barrel, Pinot Noir aged in barrique, Gamay in semi-carbonic maceration, and a precise, vibrant Chardonnay. Around 5,000 bottles a year — proof that artisanal winemaking can carry the weight of a great wine. Exquadra, or the geometry of taste conceived with the heart.
