Solange, Lucie and Tristan Perey are siblings united by their shared passion for wine. Together they run two wine estates: the Domaine de la Balle in Vufflens-le-Château, a family business that they took over from their parents, and the Domaine des Abbesses in Echandens, which they have leased since 2009. The vineyards cover 11 hectares, which are cultivated organically, with a variety of 26 different grape varieties.
