Château La Bâtie
The Château La Bâtie has been in existence since 1245. The nine plots are ideally located and are grouped around the château building with moraine soil that is perfectly suited to the Chasselas grape variety. Today, Laura de Cormis, the current owner, and her husband Eric de Cormis ensure that the tradition and quality of the wine from La Bâtie and its vineyards are preserved. Rodrigo Banto, oenologist in charge of the Cave de La Côte, takes care of the vinification in close collaboration with Simon Gay, the estate’s winemaker.
