Our Gourmet Aperitifs

A warm and refined moment to share, ideal for a wedding aperitif, a private reception or a corporate event.
Discover our aperitif packages combining regional products with the creations of Bernard Ravet, winner of the Mérite Culinaire Suisse 2025.

Packages (excluding drinks)

• Éveil Gourmand – CHF 30.–/person: 3 tartines (cold cuts, dried meat and regional cheeses), mini Malakoff, ham puff pastry, 1 savoury bite, 1 sweet treat.
• Délice du Terroir – CHF 40.–/person: 3 tartines (cold cuts, dried meat and regional cheeses), mini Malakoff, ham puff pastry, 2 savoury bites, 2 sweet treats.
• L’Expérience Ravet – CHF 50.–/person: homemade crisps, 3 tartines (cold cuts, dried meat and regional cheeses), mini Malakoff, ham puff pastry, 4 savoury bites, 2 sweet treats.

Practical information

• Groups of 10 to 50 people.
• Included duration: 3 hours in our spaces, with no rental fee, during opening hours.
• Beyond that: CHF 200.– per additional hour (excluding à la carte drinks), until the last guest leaves — no later than 1:00 am; municipal authorisation required after 11:00 pm.
• Birthday cakes are welcome (CHF 5.–/person for service).
• Wines exclusively from the Maison des Vins list (CHF 30.– to 60.– per bottle).

Venue hire — private hire of the Maison

• Full-day private hire (wedding, birthday…): CHF 2’500.–, drinks and other services extra — this package includes receiving your deliveries from the morning (decorations, flowers, cake…), setting them up, and the support of our team throughout the day.
• Part-day event (seminar, corporate reception…): CHF 500.– for the first 4 hours, then CHF 200.– per additional hour started.
• Reception with an external caterer: minimum billing of CHF 2’500.– per event, corresponding to the venue hire plus Maison services (excluding the caterer’s services).
• End of event: no later than 1:00 am — after 11:00 pm, subject to municipal authorisation (to be requested).
• Capacity: cocktail up to 200 guests, seated dinner up to 80 guests.
