Château de Duillier
Built in the 15th century, Château de Duillier lies at the heart of an estate that has been owned by the Humbert family for three generations. Sophie and Guillaume Humbert, the current winemakers and cellar masters, cultivate 16 hectares of vineyards and take care of the winemaking and distribution. From cellaring to bottling, everything takes place at the château. The wine cellar, modernised in 1986, enables the 14 grape varieties to be matured. The decision to harvest and destem the grapes by hand is continued from year to year in order to respect the harvested fruit, but also to combine different cultures.
