Domaine de Maison Blanche
Mont-sur-Rolle
The de Mestral family, originally from Savoy, has owned land in Mont since 1248 and acquired the Maison Blanche in 1528, which was originally a fortified house for storing salt. Today, the Domaine de Maison Blanche extends over 10 hectares, where mainly Chasselas is cultivated, which is processed in various winemaking processes, as well as other grape varieties such as Malbec and Mondeuse Noir. The winery is also Bio Suisse certified, which testifies to its commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
