The production of great, traditional Vaud wines with 15 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards in the Gilly, Tartegnin, Mont-sur-Rolle, Perroy, Féchy and Aubonne vineyards in the La Côte region on the shores of Lake Geneva. Three wine collections, including “Expressions des terroirs” for Chasselas, “Signature Alain Rolaz” for favourites and specialities, and “Crescendo” for gastronomic wines matured in oak barrels.
