La Cave des Ruaz is a family winery that was founded by Ernest Dupraz in the 1940s. The winery was taken over by the third generation in 2018 and now covers 3.4 hectares. With grape varieties such as Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Viognier and Merlot, the wines produced combine finesse and authenticity. The expansion of the cellar and the use of barriques testify to the balance between tradition and innovation.
