Domaine Henri Cruchon cultivates sixteen grape varieties on several small plots in the vineyards of Morges. Each vine has its own terroir, its own microclimate and its own personality. Our challenge is to capture and reproduce the magic of each plot. Only environmentally friendly cultivation reveals the originality of a terroir and a grape variety, which is why all our vineyards are cultivated biodynamically and without chemical products.
