The Pellet family’s 7.5-hectare vineyard is mainly located on the slopes of Mont-sur-Rolle, with a part on the slopes of Saint-Livres (Morges appellation). The estate is mainly planted with Chasselas, the emblematic grape variety of La Côte, but also cultivates eight other varieties in accordance with integrated production standards. The estate’s wines are produced in a traditional and modern cellar in a picturesque neighbourhood of Mont-sur-Rolle.
