Since 1598, the Moulin de Sévery has been producing artisanal oils and regional products with expertise passed down from generation to generation. Its walnut, hazelnut and rapeseed oils as well as its artisanal mustards are produced with respect for tradition. With the creation of the Maison de la Noix (House of the Walnut), they invite you to discover the history of the traditional oil mill through visits and tastings and to immerse yourself in the world of authentic flavours.
