Fromagerie Kämpf
The Kämpf cheese dairy in Bière has been carrying on the tradition of producing quality artisan cheeses since 1909. It specialises in Gruyère AOP, but also offers a range of specialities such as semi-hard cheeses with herbs, pepper, mustard and much more. The team puts its expertise at the service of local and authentic products made from fresh milk supplied daily by producers in the region.
